As the Board Chair of the Truckee Donner Land Trust, the Jackass Ridge Acquisition Campaign is top on my priority list. We're so close to raising the funds needed to protect the entire ridge. This campaign offers a unique opportunity to permanently protect beloved open space important to conservation, view shed, and recreation in the Truckee Donner Region. The property is roughly 110 acres on Jackass Ridge, located above Highway 89 just south of Truckee.
This trail system is where I learned to ride... where I taught my daughters how to ride. It's where I sneak out for an hour lunch lap or an evening session with friends. It's the local special. Fun and flowy for the beginners. All the features for more advanced riders.
